Their team really takes the time to learn and understand your business and listens to you about your needs, and they are very responsive in addressing specific questions and requests. After our initial discussions, they helped us devise a targeted approach for reaching customers that fit in the budget we set for them, using their data and expertise. They do not have a cookie cutter approach to things, but took into account our specific business, locations, and market niche. They made recommendations but do not have a high pressure approach.
