We highly recommend Dave. Dave was our buying agent for our vacation house in Tahoe Donner. We live in the Bay Area, and were able to work with Dave remotely to purchase it. After sharing our criteria with him, he setup online email notifications for new properties, and then a planned tour when we were up in the area in person. He had a deep knowledge of the housing stock and the neighborhoods, and was able to point out key details, the dynamics of the market, and aspects of the different floorplans. When we saw a home that we really liked but couldn't come up in person quickly enough, he helped us tour it via video chat. When we wanted to make an offer, he was totally on top of the process of the offer and inspections, and made everything really easy for us, which was an extra relief since we are out of town.
