I showed up Saturday morning since the UPS website shows they're open until 4 pm only to see signs on the door that says closed Saturdays and Sundays. It's frustrating to drive 30 minutes to find that out. I hope I save someone else from making the same mistake.

My first experience was great with the female. The second time I went back, I was given attitude for my document losing its format when it printed. In other words, the first time I went, the document was on a word document. The female edited it and made sure it was all on one sheet of paper. The second time I went, he printed it and it came out on two sheets of paper (not what the document looked like on my computer but it must’ve lost its format somehow) and told me I should’ve made it into a PDF after it was printed. Then told me I was out of luck snd he couldn’t help me. They don’t have word document on the main computer so make sure you have all your documents as PDF. They also only take Venmo or cash. Will not be returning due to poor customer service from the male worker there

I really appreciate having Atomic Printing in town. As an example of great service, yesterday I dropped off two large cases, and they helped me laminate the shipping tags and made sure they were all sealed up. Thank you, Frank and team!
